A few years ago, my life came apart all at once. My marriage ended, my family was suddenly split in two, and I lost my job in the same season. I was raising my young son on my own, and I felt completely lost.
Then a small white-and-brown puppy from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia walked into my life. People say I adopted Cookie. The truth is, Cookie adopted me. This little spaniel with the rust-colored ears decided that this sad human was his — and that was that.
We became family: two guys and a kid figuring out a new life together. We shared everything — the couch, the bad days, and, slowly, the good ones again. Cookie taught me the thing I most needed to learn: there is always more to life, and there is always hope.
He's my son, and I'm his human. He's a proud Latino dog, he turns three on October 19th, and he takes his job as Chief Product Tester very seriously (payment: treats).
Pawline exists because I wanted other dogs to be as loved and comfortable as the one who saved my life. Every product in this store has to live up to Cookie's standards — cooling vests for the hot days, costumes for the fun ones, essentials for every day in between. As samples reach our couch-headquarters in Bolivia, he tests them personally. If he wouldn't wear it, sleep on it, or drink from it, we don't sell it.
The Pawline promise

- A human (me) answers every support email within 24 hours
